Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Intern in Brussels—PIONEERS program, 6-12 months internship supporting luxury retail logistics and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support stores with daily operational and logistics requests, ensuring smooth product flow and timely deliveries across the 14-store network
- Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate and address stock needs and optimize inventory allocation
- Follow up on client orders to ensure accurate fulfillment across all channels
- Track key omni-channel performance indicators to optimize supply chain responsiveness and improve client satisfaction
- Support efforts to balance inventory by assessing store product opportunities and working with the EMEA regional team to enhance stock health
- Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of delivery or service disruptions
- Monitor stock discrepancies and assist in building dashboards and reporting tools for inventory analysis
- Participate in inventory control processes, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Valid internship agreement from university (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
