Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Intern | 6-month internship in Beaulieu sur Layon, France | Logistics and procurement operations
Role & Responsibilities
- Secure inventory coverage and prevent production disruptions by managing a portfolio of materials across supply chain horizons
- Monitor and coordinate supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards compliance
- Develop contingency plans for critical materials to meet production requirements
- Communicate delivery schedules and action plans with workshop teams including scheduling, planning, team leaders, and warehouse staff
- Enhance data quality and accuracy in product obsolescence management
- Contribute to process alignment between procurement and scheduling functions to ensure unified governance and cross-functional team flexibility
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BAC+4/5 degree in Supply Chain Management or general engineering discipline
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in hands-on, field-based operational experience
- Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities
- Rigorous organizational skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with SAP enterprise systems
- Advanced Excel and Power BI competency
