Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the production planning of a designated site, ensuring immersive engagement with processes and team dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with central planning managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of operations.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including planners, schedulers, and supply chain and merchandising teams.
  • Conduct site visits to enhance understanding of specific industrial processes in leather goods manufacturing.
  • Optimize the alignment between raw material availability and production needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, university, or equivalent program.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information. Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with quantitative data. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
