Louis Vuitton seeks a Supply Chain Flow Manager — Leather Goods Components (Care) in Cergy, France (6‑month CDD) to manage procurement flows and supplier relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor demand for leather‑goods components for the Care service: consolidate requests, manage replenishment and anticipate stock shortages with corrective actions.
  • Track and follow up procurement orders in close collaboration with buyers and suppliers to secure lead times and quantities.
  • Manage supply disruptions and non‑conformities: analyze deviations, liaise with suppliers and ensure corrective actions to meet client specifications.
  • Produce and distribute weekly KPI reports on procurement performance and inventory status.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives with vendor partners.
  • Support supplier development and onboarding: train suppliers on Care quality standards and contribute to selection and integration of new sources.
  • Prepare monthly information reports for industrial management on supplier relations and performance.
  • Contribute to process optimisation projects and tooling enhancements, including evolution of planning tools and JDE usage.
  • Participate in the redesign of the Care sourcing strategy and related cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in supply chain/procurement, ideally within luxury goods, leather goods or related project roles.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience with procurement processes, inventory replenishment and supplier performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy and a demonstrated capacity to lead operational improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Experience
