Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Distribution Planning Intern – High Watches High Jewelry in New York City. Fall 2026 internship, $20–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across retail stores for High Jewelry and identify stock optimization opportunities
- Coordinate exceptional flows, store transfers, caravans, and in-store events with Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution Center teams
- Create Power BI reports to track inventory levels and client order fulfillment status with ETA accuracy
- Communicate order timing and in-transit inventory status to Retail and Merchandising teams to support high-end client appointments
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support on Watches & Jewelry Supply Chain business questions
- Develop reporting tools to enhance visibility and communication on inventory, client orders, and exceptional flows
- Support continuous improvement of distribution planning processes through data analytics and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, regional, demand planning, and merchandising teams to ensure aligned execution
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate
- Strong interest in distribution, allocation, or supply chain within luxury or fashion retail
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business results into actionable insights
- Familiarity with Python is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and ownership
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Beginner level; no professional experience required. Strong interest in luxury retail supply chain operations preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, data analytics, or related field.
