Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Distribution Intern - RTW & Shoes in New York. August-December 2026, $20–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support exceptional product flows to premium VIC clients and manage Made-to-Order process execution from central fulfillment to client delivery
- Collaborate with Central Distribution and Merchandising on strategic zone transfers and rebalances to enhance inventory optimization and reduce depreciation risk
- Support execution of end-of-life obsolete product management strategies and analyze related data for effectiveness
- Monitor and improve conversion metrics on Made-to-Order and zone transfer flows through data analysis and reporting
- Provide analysis on zone rebalance effectiveness, highlighting successes and areas for optimization
- Partner with Central Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Retail teams on cohesive operations and smooth distribution execution
- Identify and support process improvements related to Made-to-Order management and zone rebalance efficiency
- Develop reporting tools and enhance visibility of Made-to-Order requests, zone rebalances, and obsolete inventory scope
- Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives across RTW and Shoes categories
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business results into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy, ownership, and follow-through
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI; SQL proficiency preferred; Python familiarity a plus
- Interest in luxury retail landscape; familiarity with RTW and Shoes preferred
