Role & Responsibilities
- Support the restructuring of the site procurement function: validate and secure new supply flows, implement new routines and accompany the onboarding of local manufacturers.
- Define, implement and monitor performance KPIs for procurement and internal component flows; measure and report operational gains against baseline metrics.
- Design and deploy tracking tools and dashboards to follow stock levels, component movements and lead times; ensure data quality and routine reporting.
- Contribute to waste-reduction and circularity initiatives: participate in the Zero Waste working group, coordinate best practices, and support reuse/resale processes for obsolete materials.
- Optimize internal component flow and inventory: improve lead times, support SLG component internalization projects and establish an internal component-tracking system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (production, quality, suppliers) to drive on-the-ground change and embed new processes at atelier level.
Qualifications
- Master’s level education (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Business School or University with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative and a pragmatic, methodical work style; strong service orientation and team collaboration.
- Prior logistics exposure is desirable (internship, apprenticeship or academic project); on-site/atelier sensitivity and willingness to work in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and VBA; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.
