Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Compliance Officer role in Paris, France – lead regulatory compliance programmes across global supply chain and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and operationally oversee the Duty of Vigilance compliance programme, including corrective action traceability, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder appropriation of compliance commitments
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks related to the Duty of Vigilance legislation and monitor associated mitigation plans
  • Collect, analyse, and consolidate data to produce reliable and comprehensive compliance reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators using Excel and Power BI
  • Maintain, enhance, and evolve reporting tools and systems with a focus on data modelling and continuous improvement
  • Accompany and sensitize operational teams and internal stakeholders on Duty of Vigilance requirements and regulatory obligations
  • Conduct active regulatory monitoring to anticipate legislative developments, particularly the European Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D)
  • Facilitate training and awareness sessions and challenge stakeholders on compliance commitments
  • Conduct supplier audits and operational visits both domestically and internationally to verify compliance implementation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, Sciences Po, or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related compliance role within an international company in an industrial environment (luxury, automotive, textile, retail) or at a consulting firm
  • Strong command of general compliance and anti-corruption regulations (notably French Sapin II legislation)
  • Solid understanding of Duty of Vigilance regulatory requirements, including risk-based methodologies (identification, evaluation, prioritization, mitigation planning) and audit methodologies
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI, with an aptitude for data modelling
  • Exceptional written communication and synthesis skills
  • Ability to make decisions, build cross-functional relationships, and adapt to organisational change
  • Diplomatic and pedagogical approach to stakeholder engagement
