Louis Vuitton seeks a student or recent graduate to support its German Supply Chain and Retail Operations teams through order management and inventory analysis, stock optimization, forecasting, and strategic supply chain projects. This is a full-time internship in a hybrid working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on supply chain KPIs, including inventory levels, stock turnover, lead times, and sell-through rates.
- Assist with product replenishment and stock balancing across Louis Vuitton retail locations in Germany and Austria to maximize availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
- Analyze historical sales data, seasonal trends, and upcoming product launches with the supply chain team and stores to refine demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Retail team, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and stores to align stock strategies with commercial objectives.
- Identify supply chain process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and reporting enhancements.
- Prepare presentations, ad-hoc reports, and strategic insights for management meetings and operational reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, retail operations, data analysis, or consulting is an advantage.
- Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory.

Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, retail operations, data analysis, or consulting is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
