Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily distribution operations across the EMEA High‑End network, coordinating shipments to stores and liaising with merchandising teams.
- Process and manage customer orders and assist with after‑sales order flows where required.
- Monitor and optimise stock allocation across the retail network to improve availability and turnover.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: refine supply‑chain tracking tools and participate in deployment of new operational dashboards and systems.
- Collaborate with country logistics and product correspondents, regional product teams, central supply chain and warehouse/after‑sales teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (engineering, business school or equivalent university degree).
- Autonomous, rigorous and responsive with strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable analysing numerical data and producing actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in luxury products and retail operations.
- Fluent English.

Entry‑level — no prior professional experience required. Current Master's student; previous internships or academic projects in supply chain, logistics or retail are advantageous.
