Louis Vuitton internship: six-month Supply Chain Assistant role at Ducey workshops in Normandy. SAP and Excel proficiency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of material references and ensure timely supplier deliveries aligned with operational requirements
- Develop best practices and collaborative relationships with supplier partners
- Establish supply security plans for critical materials and components
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels across material stock
- Identify and escalate logistical challenges to suppliers and materials teams to trigger improvement plans or alternative sourcing
- Track new product introductions from site assignment through formal system referencing
- Support additional supply chain projects as aligned with profile and interests
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent qualification
- Strong proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (essential requirement)
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent knowledge-sharing capabilities
- Ability to work with rigor and autonomy within cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in an industrial supply chain or operational logistics environment is a valuable asset for the application.
Education
Bac+4/5 diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent qualification (in progress or completed).
