Louis Vuitton — Paris (16e): Supply Chain & Logistics Apprentice (EMEA) — work-study position starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Map and analyse existing warehouse and logistics processes across EMEA to identify improvement opportunities (flows, organisation, performance).
- Support the design, implementation and roll-out of process and organisational improvements in coordination with local teams and 3PL partners.
- Develop, consolidate and validate performance dashboards and KPI tracking (OTIF, productivity, quality, costs) to enable data-driven decision making.
- Automate reporting and build reliable data pipelines by consolidating inputs from multiple warehouses and systems.
- Analyse operational data to surface trends, performance gaps and optimisation opportunities for EMEA operations.
- Participate in continuous-improvement projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely follow-up and stakeholder communication.
- Document best practices and contribute to their dissemination across the EMEA network.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (engineering school, university or equivalent) with specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Project Management.
- Strong affinity for environmental and sustainability issues with willingness to propose and implement actions to reduce the logistic footprint.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI (DAX).
- Knowledge of database management and query languages (SQL).
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral).

Early-career candidate: open to students and recent graduates with prior internships or academic projects in supply chain, logistics, data analysis or operations. No senior professional experience required; demonstrable analytical and project exposure preferred.
Education
Bac +4/5 in engineering, supply chain, logistics, data analytics or equivalent higher-education programme.
