Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Analyst Intern, Tokyo – 6-month internship in data analysis and logistics optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis on supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Perform inventory optimization analysis to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and supply chain performance metrics
  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Participate in ad-hoc supply chain projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Collaborate with sales planning, distribution planning, retail, and international teams to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a four-year university undergraduate or graduate program
  • Basic PC proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excel data aggregation and analysis skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables (required or preferred)
  • Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong interest in data analysis and supply chain operations
  • Basic knowledge of statistics or data analysis (preferred)
  • SQL, Power BI, or Microsoft Access experience (preferred)
