Louis Vuitton Supply Chain Analyst Intern, Tokyo – 6-month internship in data analysis and logistics optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis on supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Perform inventory optimization analysis to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Monitor and report on inventory levels and supply chain performance metrics
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Participate in ad-hoc supply chain projects and initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate with sales planning, distribution planning, retail, and international teams to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a four-year university undergraduate or graduate program
- Basic PC proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excel data aggregation and analysis skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables (required or preferred)
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong interest in data analysis and supply chain operations
- Basic knowledge of statistics or data analysis (preferred)
- SQL, Power BI, or Microsoft Access experience (preferred)

Beginner-level experience. Candidates should demonstrate foundational PC skills and analytical ability, though prior professional experience is not required. Strong conceptual interest in data analysis and supply chain logistics is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled in a four-year university undergraduate program or graduate program. Candidates with coursework or knowledge in statistics, data analysis, or supply chain management are preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is JPY 1,250 per hour.
