Louis Vuitton Stylist position in Singapore; lead client strategy and Ready-to-Wear business with 5+ years fashion retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the full silhouette client strategy and identify growth opportunities through collaboration with retail teams and store management
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to propose and implement commercial actions that increase Ready-to-Wear business and foster full silhouette mindset
- Provide personalized, one-on-one styling services across all Louis Vuitton product categories with focus on creating complete silhouette purchases
- Assist retail and client development teams in hosting clients and supporting Client Advisors through styling guidance to drive cross-selling and upselling
- Support high-profile VIC and high-end sales initiatives through expert styling consultation
- Coach and conduct workshops and trainings for retail teams to elevate full silhouette styling and personal styling capabilities
- Prepare training materials and tools in collaboration with Ready-to-Wear Merchandising and RTW Experts
- Update and disseminate current fashion trends and styling insights to retail teams using internal and external resources
- Participate in and support local and zone Ready-to-Wear events, product launches, and special projects
- Provide feedback on clients, business opportunities, and market insights to support strategy refinement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or sales within the fashion industry
- Personal shopping or styling experience highly desired
- Excellent knowledge of fashion and styling trends with ability to adapt recommendations to diverse client profiles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Approachable, friendly, and personable demeanor with ability to connect authentically with diverse personalities and client types

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail or sales within the fashion industry, with demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles. Personal shopping or styling background is highly valued and demonstrates the requisite consulting mindset for this role.
