Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance the client experience by providing expert styling advice and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with retail teams to increase the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) share in-store.
- Support RTW Team Managers in boosting client spending and repeat purchase rates.
- Conduct styling workshops and training sessions for retail staff.
- Perform competitor style analysis and market research to inform styling strategies.
- Assist in organizing and supporting in-store events and model fittings.
- Ensure adherence to brand grooming standards and styling guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and extensive knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of beginner-level experience in fashion styling or a related field is required.
