Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance client experience and support category growth through trend analysis, styling advice, and training.
  • Assist retail teams in increasing Ready-to-Wear (RTW) share in-store.
  • Support RTW Team Managers to boost regular client spending and repeat purchase rates.
  • Conduct competitor style analysis and monthly market research.
  • Facilitate styling workshops and training sessions for new season products.
  • Provide RTW selling support during floor time and events.
  • Coordinate in-store events, including model fittings and photo shoots.
  • Maintain and update fashion knowledge and styling skills.
  • Supervise on-duty staff to ensure adherence to styling guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Louis Vuitton and extensive knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin as an advantage.

Skills

Experience

Beginner level experience in fashion styling or a related field.
