Role & Responsibilities
- Support appointments with quality and assist retail teams in increasing Ready-to-Wear (RTW) share in store.
- Collaborate with RTW Team Managers to enhance regular client spending and repeat purchase rates.
- Upgrade non-RTW clients in store.
- Facilitate people development through daily styling discussions and workshops.
- Conduct competitor style analysis and monthly market research.
- Assist in styling-related training and provide follow-up feedback.
- Evaluate new hires' RTW and styling skills.
- Maintain and update fashion knowledge and styling skills.
- Provide RTW selling support during floor time.
- Support in-store events, including model fittings and photo shoots.
- Assist regional styling manager with Mix & Match guideline book shooting and live-streaming.
- Ensure grooming standards by supervising staff styling and eliminating inappropriate etiquette.
Qualifications
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.

Experience
Beginner level experience in the fashion industry is required.
