Louis Vuitton Stylist in Hong Kong SAR: deliver personal styling services and train retail teams on fashion trends and luxury styling excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail team in delivering genuine and excellent client experience through on-the-floor styling advice to complete the Louis Vuitton silhouette
- Partner with Merchandising and retail learning and development to identify training needs and opportunities to elevate personal styling services
- Deliver engaging, interactive training to retail team members on fashion trends and styling methodology
- Study and understand each store's unique client base to serve as a powerful partner to the retail team
- Provide on-site styling support during exclusive events in collaboration with Retail and Client Relations & Experience teams
- Deliver frequent updates on trends and news within the current fashion landscape to maintain market knowledge across the retail team
- Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories amongst stores to create excitement and raise product awareness
- Act as ambassador of Louis Vuitton products and maintain deep knowledge of design inspiration from the house designers
- Support on-site and in-store event execution
Qualifications
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry
- Strong mix-and-match styling expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in sharing styling conviction
- Agile, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in ready-to-wear sales, merchandising, or styling of luxury high-end brands (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, merchandising, styling, or related luxury sector roles.
