Louis Vuitton is hiring a Stylist in Hong Kong (on‑site, full‑time) to deliver personalised styling, retail training and event support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on‑floor personal styling and outfit curation to deliver a seamless Louis Vuitton silhouette and exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail Learning & Development to identify training needs and opportunities to elevate personalised styling services.
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions on fashion trends, styling methodology and product knowledge for retail teams.
- Analyse and segment store clientele to tailor styling approaches and become a strategic partner to sales teams.
- Provide on‑site styling support for private appointments, in‑store activations and exclusive events in partnership with Retail and Client Relations & Experience teams.
- Maintain and disseminate up‑to‑date market, trend and competitor intelligence to retail colleagues.
- Share best practices, inspirational content and styling resources across stores to increase product awareness and sales conversion.
- Act as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Louis Vuitton design inspiration and product narratives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in ready‑to‑wear sales, merchandising or personal styling within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Demonstrable experience delivering training or coaching to retail teams; event styling experience preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident communicator with conviction and presence.
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑disciplinary retail team.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in ready‑to‑wear sales, merchandising or styling for luxury or high‑end fashion brands. Proven track record in retail customer service and preferably in delivering in‑store training and event styling support.
Education
Higher secondary education required; degree or diploma in fashion, styling, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
