Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the client strategy by supporting the retail team in identifying opportunities in the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) business and collaborating with the store manager to sustain client expectations.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to propose and implement commercial actions that increase the RTW business and promote a full silhouette mindset.
• Update and share insights on current fashion trends and styles with the team using both internal and external resources.
• Participate in local and zone RTW events, projects, and new product launches.
• Align with the regional Retail Learning department on projects.
• Provide personalized styling services across all categories of Vuitton products to enhance the client experience and create a complete Vuitton silhouette.
• Assist in hosting and supporting client advisors in the selling process by providing styling advice to increase cross-selling and upselling.
• Participate in high-profile client interactions and high-end sales.
• Provide feedback on clients and business opportunities.
• Coach and conduct workshops and training sessions for retail teams to elevate full silhouette styling and personal styling.
• Prepare materials and tools for workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the RTW merchandising team on collection training.
• Support styling-related training and client-related events.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in a customer-centric environment.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
• Forward-thinking with a creative mindset to drive brand success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients effectively.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or sales within the fashion industry is desired.
