Louis Vuitton Stylist role in Beijing; partner with retail team on client experience, trend analysis, and styling training. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail team in delivering genuine and excellent client experience through on-the-floor styling advice to complete the Louis Vuitton silhouette
- Partner with High-End Client Developer to identify training needs and opportunities to elevate personal styling service
- Deliver engaging, interactive training to retail team on fashion trends and styling methodology
- Understand and study each store's unique client base to become a powerful partner to the retail team
- Partner with Retail and Client Development teams to provide on-site styling support during exclusive events
- Deliver frequent updates on trends and news on the current fashion landscape to maintain market knowledge within the retail team
- Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories among stores to create excitement and raise awareness of products
- Act as the ambassador of Louis Vuitton products and maintain deep knowledge of design inspiration by designers
Qualifications
- Passion for Louis Vuitton and deep knowledge of the fashion industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in sharing conviction
- Agile, detail-oriented, and strong team-player
- Strong business acumen
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese; English fluency preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or related client-facing luxury retail roles
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, design, or business preferred
Workplace
This position is based in Beijing, Beijing, China.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CNY 15,000 per month.
