Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate prototype development: maintain bill of materials, monitor raw material requirements and manage collection tracking tools.
- Oversee model‑making phase: ensure timely receipt of prototypes and support prototypists during research phases to align results with design intent.
- Support design team by reconciling creative ideas with technical constraints while safeguarding quality and margin objectives.
- Supervise component launches (handles, straps, charms): manage the process from design brief through operational follow‑up to final reception.
- Handle administrative follow‑up: assist with invoicing, prototyping capacity tracking and collection budget monitoring.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) programme in business, engineering, fashion or a related field.
- Demonstrable product sensitivity, ideally with specific interest or exposure to leather goods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and time management.
- Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and able to take initiative.

Entry‑level: suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience. Must be currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master's) programme; previous internships or academic projects in product development or leather goods are advantageous but not required.
