Role & Responsibilities
- Lead prototype development oversight, ensuring timely delivery of designs and conformance with design specifications and quality standards
- Monitor and support the mockup phase, working closely with prototypists during the research phase to guarantee prototype reception according to design intent
- Collaborate directly with the design team to ensure alignment between creative vision and technical constraints while maintaining quality standards and margin targets
- Oversee component launches (handles, straps, charms) from design brief through operational tracking to final reception
- Manage administrative tasks including billing follow-up, mockup development capacity management, and collection budget tracking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business school, engineering school, or university programme (Bac+4/Bac+5 level)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Product sensibility, ideally with knowledge of leather goods and accessories
- Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
