Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive prototype development: manage development follow‑up, produce and maintain nomenclatures (BOM), monitor raw‑material requirements and operate collection tracking tools.
  • Oversee maquettage (mock‑up) phase: coordinate prototypists during research phases and ensure prototypes are delivered on time and to design intent.
  • Support the design team: ensure coherence between creative concepts and technical constraints while upholding quality and margin targets.
  • Manage component launches (handles, straps, charms): coordinate from design brief through operational follow‑up to final receipt.
  • Handle administrative follow‑up: track invoicing, prototyping capacity and collection budgets to support cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data organisation tools.
  • Demonstrated product sensitivity with specific interest in leather goods and accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and time management; able to work cross‑functionally with design and production teams.
  • Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and willing to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
