Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate prototype development: produce and maintain nomenclatures (BOMs), monitor raw material requirements and operate collection tracking tools to ensure alignment with development timelines.
- Manage the mock‑up (maquettage) phase: liaise with prototypists during research phases to guarantee on‑time delivery of prototypes that meet design intent.
- Support the design team by reconciling creative concepts with technical constraints, ensuring compliance with quality standards, cost objectives and margin targets.
- Oversee component launches (handles, straps, charms): follow the process from design brief through operational follow‑up to final receipt.

- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or university at Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master's level) or equivalent.
- Strong product sensitivity with a demonstrable interest in leather goods and accessories.
- Proven organisational skills with effective time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; adaptable, proactive, rigorous, autonomous and comfortable taking initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
