Louis Vuitton — Paris: Internship, Style Coordination Assistant (Leather Goods). 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate prototype development: manage bill of materials (nomenclatures), monitor material needs and maintain collection tracking tools.
  • Oversee mock‑up phase: liaise with prototypists to ensure timely delivery of prototypes that meet design intent and technical standards.
  • Support the design team: reconcile creative proposals with technical constraints, quality standards and margin objectives.
  • Manage component launches (handles, straps, charms): follow the process from design brief through operational receipt and quality verification.
  • Handle administrative follow‑up: track invoicing, prototyping capacity and collection budgets; ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (business school, engineering school, university or equivalent).
  • Comfortable with the Office suite and standard office tools.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to product, preferably with an interest in or knowledge of leather goods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and effective time management.
  • Proactive, rigorous, autonomous and able to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
