Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operation and smooth functioning of the Men's RTW studio, reporting to the Studio Director.
- Manage fitting kits, supplies procurement and invoice follow‑up to preserve studio efficiency and budgetary control.
- Coordinate the flow of pieces and prototypes between studio, atelier, product development and marketing teams.
- Organise, catalogue and supervise storage and archival handling of prototypes, vintage references and press samples.
- Liaise with Heritage Archives and Fashion Office to source references and manage loan requests and returns.
- Maintain and update collection tracking tools (collection plans, fabric swatches registers, exit lists) and centralise cross‑departmental information.
- Plan and coordinate styling sessions, photo shoots and model bookings, including administrative follow‑up.
- Support fittings and preparation of looks for shows, ensuring logistical readiness and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar coordination role within a fashion or luxury house, ideally with exposure to men's ready‑to‑wear.
- Proven organisational skillset with strong capacity for multi‑tasking and prioritisation in a fast‑paced environment.
- Autonomy, initiative and high responsiveness with a solutions‑oriented approach to studio operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player able to liaise across creative and technical teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience
Minimum three years' professional experience in studio, collection or operations coordination within a fashion or luxury maison, with demonstrated involvement in prototype management, fittings and shoot/staging logistics.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion, design, merchandising, arts management or a related discipline; professional experience may substitute formal qualifications.
