Louis Vuitton seeks a Student Intern for Client Development in Bangkok, supporting luxury event planning and client activations for a 4+ month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Event Manager with day-to-day operational logistics for in-store activations and large-scale out-of-store events, ensuring flawless execution from setup to breakdown
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, including event organizers, vendors, and production agencies
- Support the drafting, distribution, and tracking of client communications, invitations, and RSVPs in alignment with CRM guidelines
- Provide active on-site support during events, managing reception, logistics troubleshooting, and operational flow
- Assist in gathering event feedback, tracking expenses against budgets, and compiling post-event recap reports with key metrics and learnings
- Maintain event calendars, track supplier invoices, and manage inventory of event collateral and gifting items
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Available to start in October or November 2026 with a minimum commitment of 4 months
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury industry, retail experiences, and event management
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborative team player

Beginner-level experience; no prior professional experience required. Passion for luxury retail and event management is essential.
