Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance of collections by category, geography and product family to inform commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce clear, visually compelling reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and optimize reporting tools and dashboards; contribute to automation of reporting processes using Excel macros and other solutions.
  • Provide analytical support during collection development phases to align assortment and assortment priorities with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional merchandising teams, e‑commerce and visual merchandising to ensure consistent product presentation and channel strategy.
  • Support buying sessions by performing historical sales analyses, contributing to sales forecasts and supplying data to shape purchasing strategy.
  • Provide operational assistance during showrooms, preparing documentation and tools to ensure smooth buying workflows.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification.
  • First professional experience in finance, retail merchandising or data analysis (internships included).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables); experience or interest in Excel VBA/macros is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
