Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Manage product preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
- Share qualitative and photographic feedback with the Country Visual Merchandiser after each rotation.
- Visit competitors and report best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for visual merchandising in-store.
- Master knowledge of all product categories.
- Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate on business events and visual merchandising topics with Store Manager and other key team members.
- Implement store zonings for each product category and validate with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Ensure store maintenance and environment meet luxury retail standards.
- Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Develop the highest brand and product knowledge.
- Respect Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
