Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Country office and local suppliers for window installations.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
- Prepare products in the back of house and manage location changes in the database.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Visit competitors and report on best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model in-store for visual merchandising.
- Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with store management and advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with Expert Advisors and Team Managers.
- Ensure store maintenance and environment meet luxury retail standards.
- Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
- Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
