Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Team Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead boutique teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, coach and motivate a boutique team to achieve sales targets while maintaining exemplary client service and adherence to LVMH values.
  • Identify training needs, deliver development opportunities and conduct regular performance evaluations to foster talent progression and team engagement.
  • Own product knowledge and assortment within the team: ensure optimal inventory levels, product presentation and collaborate with visual merchandising to maximise sell-through.
  • Set and drive team sales objectives, monitor KPIs and implement sales strategies to retain existing clients and develop new high-value relationships.
  • Ensure a superior client experience by embedding brand storytelling and the maison’s savoir-faire into the selling ceremony and by responding to client feedback.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operational processes including shipping/receiving, inventory control and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain a well-organised, visually compelling and efficient team environment that supports business performance and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated success in store-level leadership and sales delivery.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail teams in a boutique or flagship environment.
  • Deep product knowledge of fashion and leather goods with the capacity to coach others on product features and brand heritage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience setting targets, managing KPIs and executing sales initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback and inspire client-centric behaviours.

Experience
