Louis Vuitton seeks Store Team Manager in Düsseldorf, Germany. Lead retail team, drive sales performance, and manage client relationships in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Drive financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product category through data-driven management
  • Serve as brand ambassador for assigned product categories, embodying Louis Vuitton values and fostering team enthusiasm
  • Own product category business results; develop, communicate, and execute action plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; identify and nurture talent potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent sales floor presence, ensuring exemplary professionalism and customer-centric service
  • Support the organisation of client events and customer engagement activities
  • Lead, schedule, and develop team members using comprehensive personnel development tools and performance management systems
  • Provide regular reporting and commercial insights to the Store Manager and Head Office
  • Communicate product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values to team members and clients, collaborating with Field Coach Trainers

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Multiple years of professional experience with demonstrated first-line management experience
  • Strong affinity for luxury product sales and high service orientation
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and performance-driven, results-oriented working style
  • Team collaboration skills and shared commitment to achieving ambitious goals
  • Fluent German and English proficiency in written and spoken form; additional languages advantageous
