Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor by achieving personal targets and supporting the team to meet collective sales objectives, promoting cross-selling and repeat client engagement.
  • Develop and expand a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
  • Ensure outstanding client experiences by maintaining a visible, service-driven presence on the sales floor and enforcing brand service standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store team members through regular feedback, personalised action plans and performance follow-ups.
  • Support the Store Manager and Team Manager in recruiting, succession planning and day-to-day store operations.
  • Act as the store’s product category champion: liaise with Corporate Merchandising, relay client and market insights, and support category business through team briefings and action-plan implementation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility; experience in luxury fashion or leather goods preferred.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and to meet individual sales targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate product and market insights into store actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and a client-centric mindset.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably with at least some experience in luxury fashion or leather goods and proven success in a sales leadership or supervisory capacity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, retail or a related field preferred.
