Louis Vuitton Store Support Coordinator position in China, managing retail care operations and repair coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Bridge communication and operational alignment between retail stores and the central care and repair services team through regular store visits and proactive engagement
  • Manage all incoming repair enquiries and maintain continuous coordination with retail locations and internal departments to ensure service demands are met
  • Escalate repair anomalies and exceptions to headquarters via the TIPS system, monitoring cases through to full resolution
  • Conduct product inspections, intake procedures, TIPS ticket generation, and follow-up activities for distribution centre high-end product refreshing initiatives
  • Liaise with external service vendors to coordinate the seamless execution of repair and product care operations
  • Administer the return of completed repaired products and process cancellations of invalid or obsolete repair orders
  • Verify SAP Purchase Orders and associated goods receipt documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee the management and inventory control of stocked repair products at warehouse facilities
  • Consolidate and analyse all repair-related customer complaints, driving comprehensive case resolution and closure
  • Participate in monthly cross-functional meetings with technical and retail excellence teams at headquarters
  • Provide operational support for after-sales initiatives during retail store visits and training sessions
  • Drive special after-sales projects including resource coordination, progress tracking, and final acceptance procedures
  • Compile and submit multidimensional after-sales reporting across relevant business dimensions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and enterprise systems (particularly SAP)
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese with basic written and oral English communication competency
  • Demonstrated proactive client service orientation and commitment to excellence
  • Strong project management experience or equivalent demonstrated capability
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a commercial mindset and resilience under pressure
