Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression of the Louis Vuitton brand for all visitors
• Assess client needs accurately and direct them to the appropriate store departments or team members with seamless communication
• Partner with management to animate and manage client flow, utilizing digital wait-list tools and maintaining smooth client communication throughout busy periods
• Serve beverages and refreshments to clients with attentive, discreet service
• Maintain immaculate store appearance and strong visual merchandising standards throughout operating hours
• Provide gift wrapping, product location assistance, and 'runner' support to the sales team during client appointments and checkout processes
• Collaborate with the broader store team to create a cohesive, seamless client experience that reflects Louis Vuitton's brand promise and heritage

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German language proficiency
• Excellent grooming and impeccable personal presentation standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural charisma and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment
• Proficiency with digital retail tools and systems
• Valid work visa and employment permit for Austria (if not an Austrian or EU citizen)
• Full availability for five-day-per-week scheduling, including occasional Saturdays, throughout the entire contract period including Christmas and New Year weeks

Experience

Entry-level; no prior luxury retail experience required. Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for client service, strong people skills, high emotional intelligence, and the resilience to thrive in demanding seasonal periods.

Education

Secondary education (Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent) or higher qualification.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 31,514 per annum.
