Louis Vuitton is seeking a seasonal Store Support Associate in Salzburg from 20 November 2026 to 9 January 2027, on a full-time fixed-term contract. The role supports the client experience during the Christmas and New Year period through client welcome, wait-list and store-flow assistance, refreshments, store presentation, gift wrapping and sales-team support. The schedule is 40 hours per week, five days a week, including some Saturdays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously and professionally, creating an excellent first impression of Louis Vuitton.
- Determine clients’ needs and direct them to the relevant departments or colleagues in the store.
- Support the managers on duty in managing and animating waiting times and client flow, using digital wait-list tools and maintaining smooth client communication.
- Serve drinks to clients.
- Keep the store tidy and maintain strong visual standards throughout the day.
- Assist the sales team with gift wrapping, product searches, running items between the shop floor and stockrooms, and packaging.
- Work with the wider store team to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Fluent English and German; additional relevant languages are an advantage.
- Valid visa and work permit for Austria are required for candidates who are not Austrian or EU citizens.
- Availability to work full time, five days per week, including some Saturdays, throughout the contract, including Christmas and New Year week; public holidays when the store is closed are excluded.
