Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the store's workforce capacity plan in alignment with operational resources and sales ambitions
  • Develop and manage comprehensive schedules for all store teams—management, sales, visual merchandising, and inventory—informed by capacity requirements and business needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal collective agreements regarding working hours and employment conditions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to planning, including traffic patterns, transaction volumes, and staff productivity metrics
  • Identify improvement opportunities and present actionable recommendations to the Store Operations Manager and store executive committee
  • Provide feedback to headquarters regarding the utilization and optimization of planning tools and systems
  • Chair weekly Planning Committee meetings and proactively communicate upcoming operational constraints
  • Collaborate closely with the executive committee, store management, and HR to maintain operational fluidity and alignment
  • Supervise and mentor a direct report, providing guidance on daily responsibilities and professional development
