Louis Vuitton Store Planning Executive role in Singapore; 1-year contract supporting retail planning across South Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and generate project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation including project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements under project manager supervision
- Follow up with vendors and service providers on procurement and payment cycles
- Coordinate meetings between the store planning team and relevant department heads
- Prepare presentation materials and documentation for internal and external submissions
- Maintain and update standard operating guidelines (SOPs) for store planning functions
- Execute transversal projects initiated by zone and headquarters management
- Manage pop-up and temporary store projects under project manager guidance
- Provide administrative support to the Store Planning Vice President
- Maintain and update the zone store network database
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of staff and management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility with self-motivated, results-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

At least 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, or closely related roles, demonstrating capability in managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, and administrative processes.
