Louis Vuitton is hiring a Store Manager in Vancouver to lead the Oakridge Park boutique—drive sales, teams and operations (Louis Vuitton, Vancouver).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Oakridge Park store team through hands-on coaching, performance management and talent development plans.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and repurchase by supervising clienteling activity and ensuring exceptional personalised service.
- Own store commercial performance: analyse KPIs, implement action plans to achieve sales targets, and manage P&L and budget adherence.
- Act as a role model on the sales floor — actively selling, mentoring advisors, and ensuring product presentation and visual standards.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, loss prevention, scheduling, and compliance with brand processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in retail, with a proven record of leadership in a high-end or luxury, client-centric environment.
- Demonstrated capability to build and sustain client portfolios and to drive measurable commercial results.
- Proven experience in recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing retail teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing store budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; poised representation of a luxury brand.

Minimum 10 years of retail experience, with prior management responsibility in a luxury or premium retail environment; track record of meeting sales targets, developing client relationships, and managing store operations and budgets.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 140,000 to CAD 160,000 per annum.
