Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Canada to lead boutique operations, sales and client development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver consistent luxury service and to meet individual and store performance objectives.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and repurchase through proactive clienteling, portfolio management and cross-selling strategies.
- Model best-in-class selling and floor management by being actively present on the sales floor and mentoring the team in high-touch customer interactions.
- Oversee store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, staff scheduling and day-to-day service delivery.
- Manage the store budget and P&L responsibilities, translating commercial targets into concrete action plans and monitoring KPIs.
- Recruit, onboard and build a motivated, trained workforce; implement individual development plans and performance reviews.
- Ensure seamless client experience in partnership with hotel stakeholders (Fairmont Hotel Vancouver) and uphold brand compliance, loss-prevention and service protocols.
- Prepare regular reporting for the Retail Director and execute local initiatives to maximise sales and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable leadership of boutique or flagship operations.
- Proven track record in building client portfolios, driving repurchase rates and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability with experience recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Evidence of commercial acumen including budget management, P&L responsibility and KPI-driven decision making.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the brand to high-net-worth clientele and hotel partners.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience
Minimum 10 years in luxury retail with prior responsibility for boutique or flagship store management, including direct sales leadership, client portfolio development and operational oversight.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
