Louis Vuitton Store Manager position in Toronto, Canada—lead Holt Renfrew Yorkdale with sales excellence and team development. CAD $140–$160K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve store financial targets through strategic sales floor management and client portfolio development
- Lead, develop, and mentor store team members through motivating coaching and regular feedback on personal growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive client development strategies to increase repurchase rates and maximize cross-selling opportunities
- Model excellence in selling techniques and floor management while ensuring the client experience remains the top priority
- Oversee store operations, budget management, and business planning to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
- Recruit, train, and build highly motivated and engaged teams with detailed career development plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail leadership experience in a sophisticated, client-centric luxury retail environment
