Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve store sales targets through strategic selling and floor management optimization
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team with clear career advancement pathways
- Build and maintain strategic client portfolios while increasing repurchase rates and cross-selling opportunities
