Louis Vuitton is hiring a Store Manager in Tel Aviv, Israel — full-time role leading retail operations, clienteling and team development for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance of the store through proactive sales leadership, clienteling and implementation of business initiatives to maximise revenue and minimise losses.
- Lead daily store operations ensuring compliance with Louis Vuitton standards across visual merchandising, customer service, stock management and back-office functions.
- Develop and execute local CRM and clienteling initiatives, planning events in coordination with Head Office to build long-term client loyalty.
- Manage budgets, cost control and performance reporting; analyse sales and clientele data and implement action plans to improve results.
- Oversee store security, health & safety, and relationships with external suppliers and contractors to ensure operational continuity.
- Recruit, train, coach and evaluate the store team; establish succession plans and deliver ongoing development to maximise individual and team performance.
- Represent the brand at public and store events, maintaining exemplary personal presentation and upholding brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of retail or store management experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve commercial targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and sales analysis.
- Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills; demonstrable clienteling experience.
- High standards of presentation, discretion and integrity.

Minimum seven years of progressive retail experience with substantial management responsibilities; proven track record in luxury retail sales, client development and team leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
