Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager in Sydney (Bondi Junction) to lead a multimillion-dollar boutique and its retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the store's commercial performance and P&L with a clear strategy that drives sustainable growth and elevates the client experience.
- Analyse business data and KPIs to identify opportunity gaps and translate insights into decisive commercial and operational actions.
- Build and deepen long-term client relationships, ensuring the Maison's standards of discretion, service and personalised storytelling.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience with proven tenure as a Store Manager, Store Director or equivalent in luxury or premium retail.
- Demonstrable experience managing a multi-million-dollar business or category, with clear P&L accountability.
- Strong commercial and analytical aptitude with the ability to make clear decisions from complex datasets.
- Exceptional leadership presence, able to inspire, influence and hold teams to high standards with authenticity.
- Deep commitment to client experience, brand storytelling and the craft of luxury retail.

Experience

Education
