Louis Vuitton seeks a Store Manager in Stockholm to lead and develop the store team, drive commercial performance and client loyalty, and oversee store operations, budget, security and supplier relationships. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop managers to ensure teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
  • Identify, recruit and develop talent to secure succession plans for key positions.
  • Translate strategic and business goals into individual actions and objectives.
  • Set team and individual targets and monitor performance.
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive the business by creating a positive work environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures, resolving staff issues as appropriate.
  • Optimize the store’s commercial performance.
  • Lead and develop the store’s business through a comprehensive, strategic understanding of it and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes in store.
  • Build and develop client loyalty, including planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives.
  • Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.
  • Represent the store in the country by understanding the business and local market, and proposing actions and recommendations.
  • Represent Louis Vuitton in the local market through relevant activities, including networking and PR.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Lead store management and ensure daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company procedures.
  • Implement and maintain policies, standards and Louis Vuitton procedures.
  • Identify and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity across store operations.
  • Monitor controllable expenses and supervise loss prevention, asset protection and risk management, including cost control and budgeting.
  • Oversee store security, health and safety matters.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with external suppliers.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, understand client needs, identify areas for improvement and cultivate an understanding of market trends.
  • Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales-floor management and a visible presence.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality feedback and coach the team in the moment.
  • Represent the brand at public and store events and activities to promote Louis Vuitton’s image, brand and products.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of English and Swedish.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Exceptional standards and knowledge and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH’s image.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach, with initiative and commercial creativity.
  • Strong communication, social and networking skills.
  • Management and leadership skills, including the ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated and flexible.
