Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store team through hands-on management, coaching, and mentorship to inspire sustainable client relationships and uphold the Louis Vuitton brand promise
- Build and manage client portfolios while driving client repurchase rates and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Manage sales floor operations strategically, ensuring optimal business performance while maintaining the client experience as top priority
- Serve as a role model in selling and floor management practices, actively present on the sales floor engaging with clients and team members
- Oversee store operations, budget management, and P&L accountability while identifying and implementing business opportunities to achieve store goals
- Recruit, train, and develop highly motivated and engaged teams, providing regular performance feedback and personalized development plans to support career progression
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sophisticated, client-centric retail environments
- Proven sales leadership experience with demonstrated track record in building client portfolios and driving business growth
- Strong people management capabilities with a passion for employee development and career advancement
- Strategic operational and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve P&L targets
