Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through innovative hands-on management and mentorship, ensuring sustained client engagement and satisfaction
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, managing sales performance, and overseeing budget accountability
- Model excellence in sales floor management and client service, personally engaging with both team members and clientele to build lasting relationships
- Develop client portfolios, enhance repurchase rates, and maximize cross-selling opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the Louis Vuitton brand experience
- Oversee store operations including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management to achieve business objectives
- Report to the Regional Vice President and provide strategic insights on business performance and market opportunities
