- Lead and coach store managers to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise through consistent modeling of the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes
- Develop talent, identify succession candidates, and create tailored individual action plans in partnership with field coaching teams
- Organize team structure efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Translate strategic and business goals into concrete individual objectives and key performance indicators
- Set and monitor challenging yet achievable team and individual targets; assess performance and drive goal achievement
- Cultivate a positive, empowering work environment that encourages innovation and motivates team performance
- Lead and develop store business through strategic understanding of all product categories and market dynamics
- Maximize potential across all product universes by leveraging visual merchandising, training, clienteling, and events
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through comprehensive clienteling tools and client-centric service standards
- Establish highest levels of customer experience to achieve client repurchase objectives
- Serve as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in the local market through active participation in networking and brand representation activities
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify business opportunities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching and feedback to managers and team members
- Ensure Louis Vuitton Promise standards are maintained through visible presence and efficient sales floor management
- Manage store operations, budget, and staff costs while being directly accountable for business performance across both locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury or premium environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple store locations simultaneously
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience in profit and loss management
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand values and client service excellence
- Proficiency in clienteling systems and retail point-of-sale technologies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience in luxury, premium, or high-end retail environments, preferably managing multiple locations or complex store operations. Demonstrated success in team development, client acquisition, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
