Store Manager position at Louis Vuitton Rotterdam, Netherlands. Lead luxury retail boutique with team management and commercial responsibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize store commercial performance and lead business development through improved sales, minimized losses, and promotion of new products in line with company objectives
- Build and develop customer loyalty through CRM events and initiatives that strengthen brand relationships and align with Louis Vuitton brand positioning
- Establish and maintain a client-centric mindset across the store, ensuring every customer receives service consistent with the Louis Vuitton promise
- Develop managers and coaching skills to ensure the team consistently delivers the Louis Vuitton promise
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents to secure succession plans for key positions and ensure team motivation and positive morale
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring all procedures, policies, and standards align with Louis Vuitton and LVMH guidelines
- Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, and risk management within an agreed budget framework
- Oversee store security, health and safety compliance, and external supplier relationships and contracts
- Serve as a brand ambassador at public and in-store events, representing Louis Vuitton image and products to enhance brand perception
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to recommend areas for business development and operational improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail management experience in a luxury or high-end environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH brand values and image
- Proven track record of commercial achievement and business development in retail
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with ability to coach and develop team members
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in budget management and cost control
- Fluent in English and Dutch
